We asked for submissions from people who believe they've experienced Microaggressions to submit their story in their first person voice. Then, What The Fockery added guest ERIC PETERSEN, MSOD @DiversityEric, a sought after facilitator & educator in the Diversity & Inclusion space, who has been sourced as such by CNN, NPR, The Boston Globe (to name a few...) to listen to the stories with us. Together, we unpack stories and learn in a tangible way what a microaggression is and is not.
