Devon Jones is an EP site director in Tysons Corner in Mclean, Virginia. He has worked with numerous teams in the area and a variety of sports. He is a man who is a great inspiration to any up and coming performance coach. Join me as I sit down with Devon and talk shop on numerous subjects. We start off by talking about how he goes about assessing athletics and general poplutaion before building a program. We then talk about different cues he uses to help the individuals better understand the given exercise. We finish off by talking about building a winning mentality in the weight room to help build that mentality on the field. We also go into how young strength and conditioning coaches can grow in this profession and what attributes he thinks are key to being a successful coach.
