On this episode, we’re thrilled to have Sarah Chase on the show! Sarah is a third generation dairy farmer and passionate advocate of sustainable agriculture. She and her brother, Rory, have created a movement at Chaseholm Farm in Pine Plains, New York, and the results speak for themselves - their cheese was recognized on Food & Wine’s list of top 50 American Cheesemakers! We'll learn why you want your milk to be yellow, what the soil-to-table movement looks like, and more.
