Most companies understand their duty to protect employees from harassment and discrimination within the organization. But did you know that you also have a duty to protect your employees from harassment and discrimination from outside the organization? When a customer or client is the one harassing, it can be awkward and delicate to handle—but handle it you must! In this episode, we'll discuss how to protect your employees when the customer is the problem. Grab your favorite beverage and join us!
