Whiteness at Work is a podcast that seeks to tell the truth about the ways in which white supremacy and racism creates inhumane environments in our most multiracial institutions: our workplaces. We identify the ways in which the culture of whiteness produces inequitable outcomes, and imposes traumatic experiences on Black, Indigenous, and people of color in the United States. We also look at the ways in which cooperating with racist systems, intentionally or otherwise, dehumanizes white people. We feature guests who are working to expose the ways in which white supremacy and institutionalized racism exist in organizations and who are offering solutions to these problems that are rooted in the foundations of our country.
