In this episode, we talk to Don Ezra, a 76-year old Canadian-Indian man who has lived an abundant life. Don reflects back on the two periods of therapy that changed his outlook on life and how he views other people and himself. What did he learn about himself? How did it affect his long-distance marriage?
He then tells us stories from his childhood in Kolkata, India, to his successful career and his current-day fulfillment in retirement. We also pick Don's brain on the subject of happiness, something he is really passionate about. What does happiness mean to him?
You can connect with Don through his website: https://donezra.com/ or by email donezra@me.com.
