When Josh was a kid, he was in awe of his father. He wanted to work with him and he wanted to be as respected as his dad was. In another way though, he grew up in his dad’s shadow and put huge expectations on himself. Coming to grips with all of that, and seeing it lead to where he is today, brings a smile to his face.
