We tend to live most of our lives as intellectual endeavors: we know, we see, we might even understand, but we rarely take the time to feel the sensations that go with. Those sensations — good, bad and in-between — are the experiences of LIFE. When we’re accustomed to bypassing those feelings, it requires rewiring our systems in order to really feel alive and present, for ourselves and for each other.
