Popular right wing Twitter account, Libs of TikTok, loves spewing anti-trans hate to its 2.9 million followers. Despite the fact that Libs of TikTok has been targeting LGBT+ students and teachers in schools across the country, much of the speech in their posts is allowed under the constitution. What speech counts as criminal? How far are we willing to stretch the 1st amendment to protect free speech for all?
