On this episode, Dave and Sol (somewhat reluctantly) dive into one of the biggest internet topics of the past two years: Toby Fox's hit indie title, Undertale. The game instantly exploded in popularity upon it's initial release in September of 2015, and now it's been ported to both PS4 and PS Vita on the eve of its second anniversary. It completely reimagined how role playing video games could, and possibly should, be handled and stirred up controversy based almost entirely on its rebid fan base. How has the game held up after two years? Will the guys be bold enough to criticize Undertale on the internet? Do they even like the game in the first place? Spoiler: yes they do, but just how much? Speaking of spoilers, the guys also do their darndest to keep the episode as spoiler-free as possible, so even if you haven't played the game yet, feel free to give it a listen. It might just be the last push you need to finally give it a try.P.S., We'd like to personally apologize for the dip in audio quality in episodes 3 and 4. We used the exact same setup as episode 2 but well... something went wrong and we straight up should have tested better. We've since gone some length to improve our audio quality, and can safely assure you that things will get much better in the coming episodes. Thanks for sticking with us for now!Art by https://www.danihuvaere.com/You can find the full version of our awesome intro/outro music here: https://soundcloud.com/ocremix/02-where-the-wild-things-are-new-super-mario-bros-wii-robkta-feat-xprtnovice?in=ocremix/sets/super-cartography-brosSpecial thanks to the following for our music:https://ocremix.org/RobKTA: https://www.youtube.com/user/RoBKTAXPRTNovice: http://ocremix.org/artist/12064/xprtnovice
