Often, to feel worth, we feel like we have to be achieving something. That is kind of bred into us. We need to learn how to soothe manage and connect with themselves to calm the nervous system. To regulate ourselves throughout the day.
‘I don’t want to be busy, I want to be productive. I want to be able to do and receive out of my week by doing 15- 20 hours, that’s it.’
‘Our biggest issue as humans is self worth. We think we are not good enough. We are good enough. Sometimes we just have to get uncomfortable'
Forgiveness is the best way to move on. If you are holding on to something that someone did, every time that person comes into your mind, will trigger that negative emotional response. You end up just hurting yourself.
