This week’s episode is all about awareness of what makes up our brain and mind SO that we can start using our conscious awareness to work FOR us rather than against us.

Being a true wild woman in spirit means fostering a way of being where we show up for ourselves and represent ourselves on our own behalf. Doing the inner work involves knowing what is going on underneath the hood. The more aware we are of how our brain, mind, and body are connected, the more change we can create!
