Palawan bearcats or most commonly known as Palawan binturong is a distant relative of civets. While civets look like a cross between a weasel and a cat, Palawan bearcats are more like the combination of a bear and a cat. Like humans, they make chuckling sounds when happy and utter a high-pitched wail if annoyed. For this episode, Palawan State University (PalSU) shares more about Palawan bearcats.
