After a year of cyclical burnout, unexpected self-discovery, and hard-won identity shifts, I'm choosing to focus on lowering demand in my life to better support my recovery and the long-term sustainability of my business. This focus comes with the difficult decision to put the Wildmaking podcast on permanent hiatus.
