If you want to get your body moving in the morning, try exposing yourself to really cold water for a few minutes for a mental and physical boost to your system. One neglected part of modern life is the expression of gratitude. It is easy to take things for granted if you are always focused on yourself without regard to the people often toiling behind the scenes to make things work. A kind word every now and then benefits the recipient as well as the one who bestows kindness. Drew describes an interaction he had recently with a medical doctor who walked across Mexico then entered the U.S. and now works as an Uber driver until he can get properly credentialed to practice medicine in America. Hardly anybody follows through on their New Years resolutions for an entire year. The solution, set reasonable daily goals and monitor your progress at the end of that day. The summer olympics of 2024 in Paris will feature a special guest reporter for the events. None other than Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr, otherwise knows as the rapper Snoop Dog will offer special commentary. A little good news for some in the animal kingdom. A recently developed 3-D biometric chip the mimics the body’s reaction to new medicines has the potential to reduce the need for animal testing of new drugs and medical procedures. Meet a wingman to literally took a flying leap to save someone in need.
