Tracy Baldwin is an entrepreneur and an award-winning integrated marketing expert with more than twenty-five years of experience working for some of the world’s best-known brands. Her first book, Life Disrupted: Finding Your Way Forward When the World is Upside Down was published in Fall 2022, where she shares her story about how she built back better after experiencing burnout and a breakdown.
Tracy was part of the “Great Awakening” that took place during the Covid-19 pandemic. After a life-changing experience in 2021, she re-evaluated and recalibrated her life to live more authentically. She hopes to help other high-achieving women who strive to do it all by sharing her journey. She aims to provide a space for open and honest conversations about mental health struggles, especially anxiety and depression, in the workplace and beyond. Finally, she hopes these conversations lead to the next generation of women having the support and the acceptance they need to succeed. She wants women to know that it’s okay, and even preferable, to be “perfectly imperfect.”
In 2011, she founded her marketing consultancy Flow Marketing Communications, Inc. In 2022, she launched the online platform and community WeeHumans for parents around the world to share advice and ideas about child-rearing. WeeHumans is rooted in the belief that people from different countries and cultures have more in common than differences, as we all start out from the same place--as little humans.
Tracy has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University. She lives with her two teens and a tween, her husband, and their Airedale Terrier “Lulu” in the Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago.
