Meet David Falco, a 40-year-old father of one autistic son and a newborn daughter born last December.

David's childhood was marked by upheaval, growing up in a divorced household and living in 19 different residences, ranging from homes, apartment buildings, trailer parks, and even a church parsonage. This lack of stability fueled his sense of resourcefulness and creativity, traits that would prove invaluable in his future business ventures.

Despite coming from a lower-middle-class background and lacking formal education in exercise science, David built a successful career in the fitness industry. Starting from humble beginnings of charging $15 per session, he now oversees a multi-year, multi-six-figure online program spanning the United States, Italy, and Korea.

The past three years brought significant challenges, especially during the pandemic, forcing David to pivot from in-person training to an online model. 2020 was particularly tough, as the pandemic led to the closure of his brick-and-mortar gym, mirroring the fate of 30% of the fitness industry.

David's resilience and ability to adapt in the face of adversity are a testament to his strength and determination. Tune in to our podcast episode to hear his inspiring journey!
