We are excited to welcome today’s guest, Victoria Noethling, a dynamic leader whose impressive journey spans over four decades in the corporate world.

Vicki’s extensive career includes 17 years as a Project Manager, where she led large-scale, multi-year programs, showcasing her expertise in strategic leadership and project execution.

But her story is much more than just a career in corporate America—Vicki is also deeply committed to personal growth and community service, which have been cornerstones of her life.

Her passion for volunteerism led her to the incredible honor of being selected as an Olympic Torch Relay runner in 1996, a testament to her drive and dedication. In 2017, as she approached retirement,

Vicki transitioned into the wellness industry, joining Neora, a company focused on helping people Look Better, Feel Better, and Live Better.

This role allowed her to align her personal mission with her professional life, combining her commitment to helping others with her business acumen.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Vicki has been a Toastmaster since 1998, serving in every leadership role imaginable, including the prestigious position of International Region Advisor.

In this capacity, she has mentored leaders on everything from conflict resolution to strategic positioning, helping them hone their leadership skills.

Over the last decade, she has also been the driving force behind District 44’s Youth Leadership program, helping young people develop confidence and communication skills that will serve them for life.

Vicki’s dedication to continual self-improvement and her desire to lift others up make her an extraordinary guest.

Today, she shared her insights on leadership, personal development, and her inspiring work.
