Today I’m riding solo as I share an episode, part 1 of 2 that is inspired by positive feedback from a previous meet-up event about 10 ways to differentiate your Private Label product.

Most of this stuff are from trial and error, consuming content over the years, meet-ups and brainstorming with brilliant entrepreneurs and Amazon sellers. These first 5 ways to differentiate aesthetically are the least defensible or creative in my opinion that a lot of people skip over but obviously significant to use to differentiate.

So tune in and stay with me.

In This Episode:

[02:35] Episode inspiration.

[03:30] Defensibility of the product.

[05:25] Differentiation categories: Origin, Aesthetics, and Functionality.

[07:58] Differentiation from Origin

[10:14] 5 ways to differentiate aesthetics: Color

[13:35] Quantity

[15:18] Length

[19:40] Shape

[22:45] Specific user pinpoints
