Il y a de cela 3 ans, dans un épisode de podcast, nos animatrices ont partagés avec l’audience leurs perspectives sur les relations amoureuses, et la place que cela prend dans leur vies respectives.

3 ans plus tard, elles se penchent à nouveau sur la question mais cette fois de façon plus intentionnelle et structurée. Se basant sur les écrits féministes de bell hooks, notamment son livre “All about love”, elles analysent et critiquent les discussions de notre société d’aujourd’hui sur l’amour et les relations amoureuses, mais elles analysent également leurs propres idées préconçues sur le sujet.

Dans L’amour est un verbe, nos deux animatrices, définissent l’amour et discutent de la place que celle-ci occupe dans la vie de chacune et dans leur communauté à travers une lentille Afro féministe.

Three years ago, in a podcast episode, our hosts shared with the audience their perspectives on romantic relationships, and the place it takes in their lives.

Three years later, they are once again addressing the issue, but this time in a more intentional and structured way. Based on the feminist writings of bell hooks, specifically her book “All About Love,” they analyze and criticize the contemporary discussions about love and relationships, but they also analyze their own preconceived ideas about the subject.

In Love is a Verb, our two hosts define love and discuss its place in their personal life and in their community through a Black feminist lens.
