Karen Fasulo, entrepreneur and mother of 3 active daughters, found her passion for baking when her kids were very small. Karen soon opened a cake decorating business with the idea of only baking from scratch with memories of her own childhood. It was this business that helped her through the separation and divorce of her marriage. Through her business, she discovered personal strengths and skills that had been masked for years. She decided after 10 years it would be best to move on from the retail business and further her career consulting for leaders in the industry. Karen is pursuing her Business Analysis Certification through University of Toronto. Karen currently draws on her 18+ years of experience to offer business consulting specialising in customer relations to enterprises that are looking to systemize their procedures in order to allow for growth.
