Tammi Gunwall has spent a lifetime working through adversity. As a child, Tammi suffered in silence as she hid years of sexual abuse at the hands of her step-father. As a young adult, she ran into marriage at the age of 19, only to be met with infidelity, physical and emotional abuse, depression, and eventually divorce. Tammi later struggled as a single mom working to support her two kids while also trying to rebuild her life. As recent as two years ago, Tammi had a serious health scare that required heart surgery to receive a mechanical heart valve at the young age of forty-four. Drawing strength and perspective from her personal struggles, Tammi has learned to find her voice after years of secrecy, shame and suffering. Today, Tammi is a certified Life Coach and creative mentor providing useful tools, tips, support and encouragement to women who are seeking life transformation and growth.
