Nancy Kaufman, former CEO for the National Council of Jewish Women-an organization that has been "making change happen" since 1893. For 125 years this organization has been at the pinnacle of progressive advocacy and ideas which are inspired by Jewish Values. As the leader of this organization, Nancy has actively upheld the organizations's charge for social justice, by improving the quality of life for women, children and families, safeguarding individual rights and freedoms.

Nancy’s talk will lead you to understand HOW, WHY, WHEN, we as women can set in motion our voices. She uses her experience of advocating for women’s rights and inspiring women’s voices in a direct and a “no hold back way” that only Nancy could do to motivate use our voice. Nancy will help you understand why your voice in whatever way you choose to use it, is important for our world today.

This interview is a unique experience of seeing the world of advocacy from the eyes of a woman who has been right at the “edge of change”.
