Melissa is also the co-lead for BILL’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, which during her tenure has grown to more than 200 members. On weekends she is an avid snowboarder and mountain biker, but her favorite role is wife and Mada to her high-school sweetheart and three-year-old daughter.
