Wendy McMillan, President Australia and New Zealand for Bombardier Transportation, has three decades of executive leadership experience. While workplaces have improved to be more inclusive for women, there's still a long way to go. Wendy wants to see organisations be proactive, "almost tenacious", in mandating and leading policies to create gender equity.
