In this episode, we’re having conversations that matter about why period talk is so hush hush in our society, what each phase of our cycles intuitively mean and how we can make a connection between our body, our mind, our cycle and nature. We'll even throw a little history in there about what men thought of women's cycles historically and the roots of some of the words that we use today relating to our cycles and female reproductive organs. This episode helps lay the foundation for new thought and changing our attitudes toward our cycles and our bodies and ultimately allowing us to better connect with how our cycles and phases affect us. Educating ourselves allows us to empower ourselves to use our voices to speak about our stories and our bodies without shame and negativity.
