One thing we have to do in life is learn how to work with difficult people. Whether it's a family member, friend, colleague, etc. we have to be able to make sure we can accomplish our goals and tasks. In my own personal experience there are certain people who will act harshly either because they don't care or they have nothing to lose. In other cases it could be something deeper than that like maybe projecting an insecurity. So how do we deal with people who may have difficult personalities, how do we know when someone may be projecting and what does America's Next Top Model have to do with any of this?

It's important to know how to deal with difficult people, but it's just as important to know when we're being difficult and when we're the ones doing the projecting. In this episode I talk about signs of a difficult personality, ways to deal with difficult personalities, coping with strong emotions, knowing when someone is projecting and of course America's Next Top Model. This episode was definitely a fun one to make and I would love to hear about your experiences with difficult personalities or maybe even your thoughts on the show! I enjoy watching reality T.V. as much as the next person, but I always think there's something to learn from observing other people's reactions.

Here are the articles that are referenced in this episode:

  • 5 Ways to Know if You're a Difficult Person
  • 5 Signs You're Dealing with a Difficult Person
  • Know When You're Projecting and How to Stop
  • How to Stop Projecting
