Imagine going on a cross country road trip but with no navigation… It would seem pretty impossible, right? That’s kind of what it’s like navigating your career journey without a mentor is like. Mentors are there to guide you along the way and help you in those “omg what do I do moments” I’ll be honest finding a good mentor is no easy task. It’s an unstructured process with a lot of trial and error. But the best part of mentorship is that it can come from anywhere- a professor, a manager, a LinkedIn connection, etc. So what does it mean to have a good mentor?
