In June of 2023 the Titan Submersible carried 5 men to a depth of 3400 meters. Their goal: To view the wreckage of the Titanic. At the center of the voyage was the Ocean Gate exploration company and its charismatic CEO, Stockton rush.
But like the Titanic, the Titan sub and its passengers never returned.
It’s a chilling case involving questionable engineering, death waivers, a silenced whistleblower lawsuit, exposed emails from employees warning of danger, and a chilling transcript purportedly showing the final messages of Titan before it was crushed.
With new evidence and expert legal analysis Attorney Ryan describes the MANY warning signs leading to disaster.
