Isabel Berwick speaks to Charles Duhigg about how the world’s best communicators (or “super communicators”) listen, experiment and ask questions to get into sync with people. Later, Isabel speaks to Ruth Girardet, an executive coach and moderator at the Aspen Institute, for some practical tips on how to listen to employees – and when to stop.
