Ryan Allday, has lived a life of service. Starting at age 17, he enlisted in the Navy and served 11 years active duty. He served in many capacities during that time, but his most fulfilling duty came as an instructor for high risk training evolutions. From there he opened and managed a successful CrossFit Gym in Virginia Beach for many years, further deepening his love for personal growth and experience based education. After selling the gym, he became a Professional Firefighter here in Northern Virginia where he served for 6 years before starting a real estate business which focused on providing experience based getaways for families in the Northern Virginia area. A way to disconnect from the stresses of city life and reconnect with family and friends.

He is now passionate about creating an education center not only for our young heroes, but for the entire community. ______________________
