This woman was born in India to an academic family. Conversations were intellectual and often about reaching higher. As a child, she often found herself in a college classroom with her father who was a professor. Throughout her formative years and even into adulthood, gender was never something she thought about. That was until she became a mother and realized she was a business woman and leader who was affected by her biology. Today, she has her foot in two worlds. She is back engaged in academia but is also a highly successful c-suite coach and advisor as well as an award- winning speaker. It is my pleasure to introduce you to Dr. Tanvi Gautam.
