How can couples actively support each other and create a culture of celebration in the face of mental health challenges?
On the latest episode of the Worthy Woman podcast, I will be joined again by my lovely husband, Adam Simmonds as we explore a deeply personal and important discussion about dealing with mental health issues in a relationship. It's a subject that many couples are facing, especially in these challenging times.
This will be a heartfelt journey as we open up about our own experiences with navigating mental health challenges in our relationship and provide valuable insights on how to maintain a strong and supportive relationship in the face of these challenges.
