The only major hindrance in conversational marketing in real estate is that while the industry is ready for it, the investors are probably not embracing technology at the rate they should. The webinar discussed how covid-19 had accelerated digital homebuying, shifting real estate communication to websites and chatbots. As a result, realtors will have to come out of their shells and adopt conversational marketing to stay relevant to the current market scenario.
