Lennart Wretlind har intervjuat Jim Morrison & The Doors vid två tillfällen. Första gången var 1967 i San Francisco. Den intervjun sändes i Klingan år 2010 och finns som poddradio på programmets hemsida. Lennarts andra möte med gruppen var 19 september 1968 på Hotell Appolonia i Stockholm, kvällen innan deras uppträdande på Stockholms Konserthus. Vid detta möte får vi bl.a. höra Jim Morrison i en improviserad dikt ackompanjerad av de andra gruppmedlemmarna som håller rytmen med utrop och trummande på dricksglas. Det är första gången på 42 år som intervjun sänds i radio.
