19-year-old Bianca Andreescu made Canadian history at the 2019 US Open, becoming the first Canadian singles Slam champion ever with her 6-3, 7-5 win over Serena Williams in the final.

After starting the season ranked No.152m, Andreescu will rise to No.5 in the WTA Rankings on Monday and zoom up the Porsche Race to Shenzhen at No.4.
