Barely legible diaries from scientists. Books written by actual squid monsters. Come to think of it, all of this sounds terrible. Why read this? What's the point? Hell, you can even skip dialogue in videogames too. Half of videogame mascots are downright illiterate anyway. From Resident Evil to Skyrim, literature has crept its way into our pixelated pastime but we're here to remove the bookmark. On today's paperback episode, we chat about all the useless literature that has cluttered our favorite games - even some insufferable adaptations.
