Miguel Marrero, the man who admitted shooting a mother and her minor daughter at a housing community on St. Croix, has been detained in federal custody after a District Court judge determined him to be a danger to the community. And Governor Albert Bryan Jr. proclaimed July to be “Disability Pride Month,” with an “All Things ADA Expo” event on St. Thomas to provide education and resources to the community.
