前几月的瑞幸咖啡的爆雷事件让很多人都觉得十分错愕，大跌眼镜，毕竟瑞幸这几年的增长和对大众消费习惯的改变确实肉眼可见。虽然财务造假已是板上钉钉，但是瑞幸的陨落确实也让人万分唏嘘，毕竟之前的一系列商业逻辑和故事已足够让人信服，再加上小鹿茶和自助咖啡机的加持，让瑞幸被一次次捧上了神坛。瑞幸即将面临的是来自美国投资人的巨额集体诉讼和最终退市的结局，同时也无形之中为其他中概股的上市之路蒙上了一层阴影。回望中概股起起伏伏二十余载，因为远离美国大陆，信息不对称，无数中国企业被做空，有的活下来了，有的也因此直接退市。不过随着中国股票市场的日益完善，投资人的日益成熟，越来越多的企业选择在美私有化退市后重回中国上市。在我们这期节目播出的这一周，中国证监会日前就推进创业板改革并试点注册制向社会公开征求意见。本期节目我们请到了老朋友George一起和我们从瑞幸聊起，看中概股二十年沉浮往事。
