On this episode of Xian Archive Matt sits down with Siri Bahadur Khalsa. Siri has taught yoga using pranayama, kriyas, mantra, meditation and sound therapy to thousands of students over the last three decades in Texas. A long time practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, his practice has developed into a style known as “Yoga in the Garden of Shuniya”, where he directs the focus of the practice on the employment of Shuniya, also known as accessing the Zero Point Field. He also uses mantra and live music for an experience of Sacred Sound as an access to healing energy for the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

During the conversation Siri shares his story of discovering Kundalini Yoga, and the elevated states you can achieve through it. He also shares his thoughts on plant medicines, his general viewpoints on life and the divine. Finally the two dive into the topics of mantra and the sacred sound current we experience from sound healing instruments and music + much more.
