讀鄭順聰先生新冊《台味飄撇》了後,對生活中 ê 在地小食加一份注心,看色水、鼻芳頭、哺滋味,西後街 ê 金澤滷肉飯重新裝潢成格(tshiânn-keh)過,變較光,mā 較曠闊,店內 ê 音樂對Eagles ê 〈Hotel California〉到古典樂〈愛 ê 禮讚〉、對演歌到流行樂,風格多變,連Spotify都綴 buē 著。
這項紅糟豬頭皮敢若進前無食過,一上桌規盤紅絳絳,切了誠薄,無像 tsìn 濟有紅糟名 suah 無紅糟芳 ê 小食,豬頭皮猶未入喙,就鼻著特殊 ê 紅糟清芳,搵醬鹹中帶甜拄拄好,頭家無拍死賣鹽--ê,mā 毋是臺南出身 ê 人家,佇支持「無豬頭皮 ê 店不准講有賣小菜」ê 我心目中,排有前三。
招牌豬血粿佇我意料之外,芫荽(iân-suinn)合理、油膏合理……肉酥內底摻赤砂敢有合理?!無想到食落喙有驚喜,豬血粿 ê 燒軟綿、芫荽 ê 清涼氣、肉酥 ê 鹹油芳、猶有赤砂 kha̍unnh kha̍unnh ê 甜滋味,搵油膏像點心,koh 較成欲註解豐沛 ê 暗頓,食了滿意 koh buē 礙胃。
