What is it with rules designed to police black hair, black bodies and black identity? Where does one draw the line between an outright abrogation of freedom of expression and a request to obey basic rules of decency and decorum? Are we trying to tame the #unkempt black hair, or subdue the rebellious black spirit? Joining our discussion will be noted Jamaican attorney-at-law Bert Samuels, and his daughter Ayanna T.
