This week i talk emotional intelligence and well being and how creative efforts can give younger people an outlet which prevents them becoming emotional stunted adults. We've all me them, the temper tantrums, the poor winners the adults who have struggled to get to their age without realising that the chorus of the world does not sing for them.

So what's the answer? How can this emotionally stunted beardo say he knows better? Well simply put I might not. But I do know what helped me cope as a toddler, as a teen and ad a young adult and it was learning to process emotional insecurity and anxiety in a manner which was more productive to the people around me and that seemed to be of more value.
