Feel bad about your life? How dare you? Got a complaint about the world? What a whiny kid you are. Didn't you know there is always someone worse of, in peril or wholly unprepared for whatever situation they are befallen with?

You didn't? Oh well let me explain.

Something we were told often as kids or at least my generation was "There are kids starving in Africa" hell our generation coined the phrase "First world problems" but the reality is never so simple. Tragedy and pain isn't comparable and there will be always people worse off. So lets delve into that and discuss the phrases which made us feel guilty and how you can have a bad time and still sympathise with those having a worst one.
