Todays guest is the NYC based author, TED talk speaker and creator of Working Out Loud (#WOL) John Stepper.
John fits perfectly into the show as he has created an empowering method which is used by many companies like BOSCH and Porsche and thousands of individuals globally to build collaborative and purposeful networks. WOL is helping people of any job level to define and get in control of their own goals professionally and in life and has become a crucial part of the New Work movement.

John shared three questions as a starting point for WOL:

➡️ Set yourself a goal: What are you interested in or what are you trying to learn and achieve?

➡️ Who is related to your goal? Search on Google or LinkedIn and create a list of people who are where you want to go.

➡️ What can you contribute to the people on your list? Sometimes even a like can be the start of a relationship. Start doing it!
