Today I am talking about something that, I'm not gonna lie, might be a bit triggering and emotional to listen to, but I feel it is really important to share. It is my sincere hope that with some of what I share today you will gain some new insight on how to cope with some of the horrific things that are happening in the world or have happened to you.
