Hi babiiiiiieeees! Ever since I've returned to Germany I have taken extra good care of my body while somehow forgetting to put emphasis on my mind and soul. I've noticed the dysbalance in my lack of inspiration; you might feel the other way around and not take care of your body so the symptoms you are going through are feeling tired around the clock and easily annoyed. The balance in our healths is essential to truly experiencing bliss and feeling good while doing so. Remind yourself what you need and listen to your body and mind when they try to communicate their wisdom to you.
