Welcome back to part two of three of my experience going into this 10-day Vipassana retreat! The first part talks mainly about the experience and my general assessment of the whole ten days. If you haven’t seen the first part, make sure you have a look to have a better idea of what’s going on here. This second part will be focusing on the lessons I learned and the philosophical side of things. You might be hearing some woo-woo stuff, but I came out of the retreat having learned a lot about myself and the world around me. So I urge you to join in and have an open mindset. You might just learn something new!
