It’s rare that you have both your daughters starting their first first day and their last first day of high school at the same time. It sure was a remarkable week to be a part of and it got me thinking about how would you handle your first or last first day in your sales career.
Whatever stage of sales career you are currently in, the cult of the customer is so important to make your best first impression.
As a Customer Account Manager specifically, shaping out the clients requirements, digging into their pain points, finding breaking points in communication, and pinpointing a snapshot in time that you can grow together forward is vitally important to the success of your relationship.
