When a term has multiple meanings it's not unusual for another word to come in an take it's place.

That's what's happened with the term "Personal Branding". We've tried to distance ourselves from the carefully crafted and less than truthful image and replace it with the word "authentic."This replay episode is the final in the bridge series to season three.

In this episode you'll learn,

  • People may be hesitant to be authentic for fear of judgment of what others think.
  • Being authentic does not require you share every detail of your life.
  • Authentic people can be confident, acknowledge their limitations, and stand up for what they believe in.
  • Authenticity often requires sharing more than expertise from facts and data. Sharing your point of view or perspective can be intimidating for many.
  • True authenticity requires self-awareness and deep introspection to understand who you really are at your core.
  • Authencity executed for the purpose of serving others can allow for deeper connections, builds trust, and attracts like-minded individuals.
